When orphans reach the age of 18, they graduate from care homes and begin a new chapter in their educational and professional life. Due to their tough living situations, individuals may lack direction, financial, and psychological assistance at this time. Based on this fact, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah founded the Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans in 2003, which became a non-profit charity organisation in 2006. Al Aman Fund's education and rehabilitation programmes seek to assist orphans achieve self-sufficiency and become useful members of society.
